As a Licensed Therapist and Certified Master Grief Coach, and someone who has walked through grief myself, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to every session. My work is rooted in the belief that:

Grief, Grit & Grace Coaching Experience

I offer a 12-week virtual coaching experience that meets you where you are-with empathy, not expectations.  This is a supportive space to explore your grief, reclaim your strength, and allow yourself grace in the process. You'll experience:

         

  • Gentle, evidence-based-informed tools to help you process loss

  • A community of understanding

  • Personalized strategies to assist with the complex emotions associated with grief

  • Healing exercises rooted in self-compassion and resilience.

Program Structure

There are three, 4-week sessions, that build on each other covering topics such as understanding grief to embracing self-discovery while grieving.

​

Each 4-week, session includes a weekly virtual group meeting (1 hour) and additional resources.

Two Sessions (8weeks) $349 (Save $50)

Three Sessions (12 weeks) $499 (Save $100)
